In his first restaurant venture outside New York City, American Iron Chef Bobby Flay brings his skillet and innovative creations to Caesars Palace. The menu features the same boldly flavored dishes as his New York restaurant with the same name. Offerings include the New Mexican spice-rubbed pork tenderloin with bourbon-ancho chili sauce and the sweet potato tamale with crushed pecan butter, which have reaped numerous accolades.

My wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. If you get here before your reservation you might be in for a bit of a walk. The restaurant is right next to the sports book and the Caesar's sports book is always crowded and smoky.
The standout appetizer was our smoked duck nachos. As many of the other reviewers have noted, the smoked duck is to die for no matter what they choose to serve it on. I like spicy food and the habanero was very welcome on my plate.
My main course was a simple steak and a chili relleno. Bobby's recipe for the relleno seems to be a corn meal coating that's very light instead of an egg-based batter. The chili itself was great and the light crust really picked it up instead of turning it into a gut bomb.
You can probably tell I liked the relleno better than my steak. My steak had chili sauce on it and was competent but nothing special. I'd expect to get similar food at a decent to good steak restaurant in the SF Bay Area so I wasn't impressed.
My wife enjoyed her dinner but I think it was a bit spicy for her mostly virgin taste buds. We'd both go back, and there are few restaurants in Vegas where I'd say that since the temptation to try new places is so great.
