This person was on Ebay and seemed to have a good rating, something I check out in detail before I ever decide to purchase. Unfortunately, I too have been ripped off it seems. Joyce, the person that emailed back and forth with me has given me story after story about what the hold up is with my horn cover and now that the 45 day complaint time with Ebay has passed she never responds to my emails anymore. How can someone like this continue to do business on Ebay or elsewhere? How can eBay turn their backs on the buyers, like myself, that have been consistently good customers?
